Our Burden
We have a burden for small churches! I was literally born in home missions. My parents started a home mission Church within a few weeks of my birth. Their first Sunday there was five in Sunday School. The two of them, a teenage girl, an elderly lady and baby me. There were times Dad and Mom walked to Church pulling a red wagon with the pulpit and song books and carrying two babies. They cleaned out a rented hall and had Church.
When I was eight years old, my Dad took a Church on the north coast of California in the redwood country. There was one member, a seventy five year old man, and one lady who had just started coming on Sunday morning. We were five years without music before our first accordion moved to town. Soon there were piano players, guitars, drums and an organ.
The first Church my wife and I were to pastor was in a garage. Our second Church had eleven members when we came. When we left we were pastoring two Churches and talking about a fourth building program.
In the past thirty-eight years we have worked as Bus Ministers, Sunday School Teachers, Youth Pastors, Sunday School Directors, Special Ministries Directors, Assistant Pastors, Associate Pastors and Pastors. We have served on several statewide committees in various capacities. Most of our ministry we have been bi-vocational.
Our burden is to help in anyway possible. Through the years we have been able to put together various tools that have proven to be valuable in the Churches we have pastored. This is a compilation of information we have gleaned from successful pastors, mentors, conferences and have just dug out of the rough. We have compiled them into Workshops and syllabuses that we are making available to others.
We do not feel we have all of the answers. However, we do know what it is like to work forty plus hours a week. Have to preach and teach three times a week. Clean the church and mow the grass. Do ministerial calls and spend time with our family. Somewhere in the midst of this you have to do something to help grow a church. We know what it is to feel lonely! We also understand what it is like to be challenged by the vision God has given you. Our desire is to make available resources that can lift some of the pressure off the Pastor and help grow that Church.
We are available to visit your church and teach workshops. We are also available to work with you one on one. All of our Tools are designed with the working pastor in mind. You can make copies and give them to your people as you see fit. They are yours to use in your Church.

Team Ministry Workshops & Tools
The purpose of TEAM Ministries is to join other Apostolics reaching our world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. To be instrumental in Preaching the gospel to the poor; taking healing the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, to preach the acceptable year of the Lord.” (Luke 4:18-19) To see the last day Church experiences the same Ministry that the Early Church experienced.

Purposed Hearts
This is a New Believers Course designed for those who have just committed their lives to Christ and desire to have a better understanding of how to develop a relationship with God.
Daniel purposed in his heart that he would not defile himself. This was because of teaching that he had already received. This course will provide teaching that will enable the new believer to have a foundation to build that relationship on.
This Workshop includes lessons on:
*Lesson 1: I Can Live Victorious: This lesson covers our battles and who we battle. It affirms in the new believers mind that we can live a life that is victorious. God has provided us the weapons to do so.
*Lesson 2: God Meets My Needs: The greatest need any man or woman has is the need for salvation. God has met that need. This lesson teaches we needed salvation and how God has met that need. It also teaches how to go from no relationship with God to a right relationship with God.
*Lesson 3: I Was Born Again: This lesson emphasizes the born again experience that is a must to see heaven. It covers being Born Again of the Water and the Spirit. It also talks of how it happens and why God chose speaking in tongues to evidence the Holy Ghost.
*Lesson 4: 10 Reasons Why I Tithe: This lesson lists 10 reasons why I give tithes and offerings to God. It shows giving principles that are in the Word of God, established by God.
*Lesson 5: What is Holiness: This lesson is a must for all new believers. It covers God’s opinion of Holiness, separation, change, commitment and why. The lesson is designed to be taught in any church and leaves the pastor to define his guidelines for his personal congregation.
*Lesson 6: The Necessity of Knowing His Name, Jesus: It is this writer’s belief that it is impossible to have a deep relationship with Jesus Christ if you do not know who he really is. This lesson will help the new believer to understand exactly who Jesus Christ is.
Each lesson also includes questions for the student to answer for review. We are happy for you to make copies of the lessons for your students.
